Before class
Doors open 30 minutes before class.
First time students arrive to class at least 20 minutes in advance.
Don’t be late; front door will be locked during class.
Come to class on an
empty stomach and well hydrated. Drink at least a gallon of
water during the 24 hours before your first class. Stop
eating at least 3 hours before your arrival.
Bring a yoga mat, beach towel and water bottle. Or you can rent or buy any of these items at the studio.
We have special Bikram mats, so you don't need a towel! Check them out before buying a regular mat elsewhere!
- If you plan to shower after the class, please bring a towel, or you can
rent one from us.
New students must
fill out a release form. Allow an extra 15 minutes for this.
Or if you prefer, the form can be printed
at home, filled out and brought with you. Click
here to open the printable version of the release form. (The form is in .pdf format and requires Adobe Reader)

Do not wear perfumes, lotions or creams. This is because the first can bother other people in the class around you,
and the latter two will make your skin too slippery.
This is a cell phone and pager free environment.
Do not wear any jewelry in class.
No shoes or socks in yoga room.
Women: Wear leotards
or shorts, and sports bras.
Men: Wear biking shorts or swimming
trunks.
Try not to wear anything bulky, or big T-shirts or
loose pants. (Try to wear as little as possible; it will help your
body to evaporate perspiration).
No chewing gum in class.
Take a shower before class.
During class
If it’s your first class, set your mat at the rear of the yoga room.
Be mindful of others around you.
Be respectful to your teacher and your fellow students.
Listen to the teacher’s instruction very carefully. Don’t talk in class. Ask all questions before or after class.
Do not leave the yoga room during class, except in the case of emergency.
Stay in savasana (resting pose) for at least 2 minutes at the end of the class.
Only water (without ice) is allowed in the yoga room. Absolutely No Sports Drinks or Electrolyte Mix in Class!
After class
Drink plenty of water.
Consume electrolytes (available at front desk).
Don’t hesitate to ask questions.
